All parts are sold on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise specified. We do not guarantee the compatibility of parts with specific vehicle models, and customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

3. Data Privacy and Third-Party Sharing

Your personal information, including but not limited to contact details, purchase history, and payment information, is collected solely for the purpose of processing your orders and providing customer service. All warranties are limited to those provided by the original manufacturer, and Parts Reboot disclaims all other warranties, express or implied.

6. Refund Policy

At Parts Reboot, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You must request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached. Parts that have been installed or show signs of wear and tear are not eligible for return.
  • Defective or Incorrect Parts: If you receive a defective part or an incorrect part due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or exchange. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect or error.
  • Customer Remorse/Change of Mind: For returns due to customer remorse or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 15% may apply.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as special order parts, electrical components that have been opened, or discontinued items, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us if you are unsure.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@partreboot.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  • Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

7. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes orders need to be canceled. You may be able to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  • Order Cancellation Window: You can cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@partreboot.com with your order number. We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet entered the shipping process.
  • Canceled Orders with Shipping: If your order has already shipped and you wish to cancel, you will need to follow our refund policy and return the item once received. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Backordered or Unavailable Items: In the event that an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock or backordered, we will notify you promptly. You will have the option to wait for the item to become available, choose an alternative, or cancel that portion of your order for a full refund.

Parts Reboot has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. DLC (Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices) Rules - United States

Parts Reboot is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding deceptive and unfair trade practices in the United States. The following rules are established to ensure fair and transparent business practices:

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing information must be accurate, truthful, and not misleading. We will not engage in false advertising or misrepresentation of products or services.

11.2 Clear Pricing Disclosure

All prices, fees, taxes, and additional charges must be clearly disclosed before purchase. No hidden fees or unexpected charges will be added to customer orders without prior notification.

All automotive parts sold through our platform must be authentic and as described. We will not sell counterfeit, imitation, or mislabeled products. Customers will receive exactly what is advertised.
